Bob Hess Jr.

Bob comes from a racing family.  Following in his father's footsteps, Bob has been an integral part of Southern California horse racing since 1987.  A graduate of Stanford University, Bob trains more than 35 horses in his barn and operates across the country.  As of 2016, he has won over 1100 races.  In 2017, his father Bob Sr., turns 83 and continues to train with over 1200 career wins.

Damon Dilodovico

Damon has trained horses since 1990. With a stable of more than 30 horses, he primarily operates at Laurel Park, Pimlico, Penn National and Charlestown race tracks. In 2013, Damon was recognized as Maryland Trainer of the Year. The Dilodovico Stable is a family affair. His wife and two sons also work in the barn.

Mike McCarthy

Since 1990, Michael assisted a number of marquis trainers on the West Coast and then served as Todd Pletcher’s top assistant for more than a decade. In 2013, Michael started his own barn on Southern California and currently has over 35 horses in training.  Since being on his own, Michael has had great success in a short period of time. Passion for horse racing runs deep in the McCarthy family. Michael’s wife manages the business finances and their daughter is a racehorse (and competitive swimming) enthusiast.
